Yellowstone is going (even more) country!

Deadline reports that singer Lainey Wilson is set to join the cast of Taylor Sheridan’s hit series as a musician named Abby.

The country star celebrated the news on Instagram, sharing a photo of herself on set in Montana with the iconic Dutton Ranch in the background.

“See y’all on season 5 of Yellowstone,” Wilson captioned the post.

Wilson, a native of Baskin, Louisiana, took home two ACM Awards in 2021: New Female Artist of the Year and Song of the Year for her chart-topping single, “Things a Man Oughta Know.”

Also joining the cast for the upcoming season is American Horror Story’s Kai Caster, who will play a cowboy named Rowdy. Deadline also confirmed that Josh Lucas will, in fact, be returning as a young John Dutton.

Yellowstone season five is set to premiere on Paramount Network on November 13. It will be an extra-long season of 14 episodes, airing in two, seven-episode sections.
